I grew up as the son of a Head Postmaster and a government school teacher. Like many students, I was an average kid in studies. Classrooms often felt like places where answers mattered more than questions. But deep inside, I always had a curiosity to explore things on my own — to understand how the world works rather than just memorize it.
Looking back, I realize something important: success is rarely a straight path.
For someone like me, things started changing when the right people and the right opportunities appeared at the right time. A few teachers who encouraged questions. Parents who supported curiosity. Moments that slowly built confidence.
Piece by piece, things started falling into place.
That journey eventually led me to IIT, but more importantly, it made me realize something bigger about education:
Every student has potential.
What they often lack is the right environment to discover it.
