1QAT wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born in the memory of every student who burned out preparing for an exam, and got no support from anyone.
To give every student preparing for a competitive exam, regardless of their city, background, or resources, access to world-class mentorship, mental wellness support, and career guidance through lifelong relationships.
A India where no student burns out chasing a rank. Where exam preparation builds character, not destroys it. Where every child from Vizag or Hyderabad has the same shot as a student from South Delhi.
Why We Built 1QAT
Himatej watched it happen up close. Bright students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, working incredibly hard, trapped inside coaching systems that treated them as rank targets rather than human beings. No one was asking how they were doing. No one was helping them figure out what came next.
The problem was not ability. It was awareness. Students did not know themselves well enough, parents did not have visibility, and the system had no interest in fixing either. Himatej decided to build the platform that should have existed all along.
Mani joined with a product builder's lens. Having built and scaled products at the intersection of AI and real human problems, he saw exactly how technology and mentorship could work together to close the gaps the coaching industry had ignored for decades.
1QAT is the platform they built for every student who is more than their exam score. One question at a time, we help them find out who they really are.

Himatej, an IIT Madras EEE Silver Medalist and passionate educator, grew up watching talented students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana lose their way in the coaching system, not from lack of ability, but from lack of the right support at the right time. Seeing the mental health crisis firsthand and the absence of any platform that treated students as whole human beings, he built 1QAT to change that from the ground up.
